Booking Conditions

For all bookings made via our website, booking information along with the number of people and the price will be included in the booking confirmation that will be sent to your e-mail.

Check-in starts at 14:00 o’clock , check-out time on departure date is latest 12:00 o’clock.
Earlier check-in and later check-out is possible if there is availability and upon prior agreement with hostel staff. Charges may be applicable.

Payment for the reservation made via our website is on arrival to the hostel/check-in.
It is possible to pay via credit/debit card or cash.

Booking cancellation is possible using cancellation link in booking confirmation email, or contacting hostel via phone, contact form or email.
Reservations can be canceled without penalties latest 48 hours before the arrival.. In case of later cancellation or no-show the hostel has the right to charge You the cost for the first night.
It is possible to change the booking by cancelling booking via cancellation link in confirmation email, and making a new booking with new data; or contacting hostel via phone, contact form or email.
Hostel holds the reservation until 18:00 o’clock on the arrival day. If the guest has not cancelled the reservation or informed the hostel about the late arrival, the hostel is free to cancel the booking without contacting the guest and apply no-show conditions.

All personal information communicated by the client will be preserved and disclosed only in accordance with the data protection laws.
